- What is Scapparee?
Scapparee is a digital travel planning platform powered by artificial intelligence. The service allows users to create, save, view, and download personalized itineraries with suggestions for destinations, restaurants, hotels, flights, activities, and practical recommendations.
Scapparee is not a travel agency, tour operator, airline, hotel, restaurant, activity organizer, or direct booking provider. The platform provides general information and links to external services, but the final booking, if made, is handled directly between the user and the respective provider.
- Registration and user account
To use certain features, the user must create an account and provide truthful, up-to-date, and sufficient information. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity conducted through their account.
Scapparee may suspend or limit access to accounts that are used fraudulently, abusively, contrary to these terms, or that compromise the security or operation of the platform.
- Plans, limits, and subscriptions
Scapparee may offer free plans and paid plans with different usage limits, features, number of itineraries, level of customization, storage capacity, PDF export, or other additional services.
The specific terms and conditions of each plan are shown on the current pricing page. Scapparee may modify plans, prices, or features, notifying the user when such changes materially affect an active subscription.
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled by the user. Cancellation prevents future renewals, but does not necessarily imply a refund of amounts already paid, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law or a specific commercial policy.
- Use of artificial intelligence
The itineraries, suggestions, routes, explanations, and advice generated by Scapparee are produced using automated artificial intelligence systems and external sources. They may contain errors, omissions, outdated data, or recommendations that do not fully match the actual circumstances of the trip.
The user must independently verify schedules, prices, availability, immigration requirements, visas, documentation, health conditions, safety, accessibility, transportation, cancellations and any other relevant aspect before booking or traveling.
Scapparee does not guarantee that AI-generated recommendations are complete, accurate, up-to-date, safe, or suitable for all users.
- Restaurants, hotels, flights and external services
Scapparee may display links, references, or information from Google Places, hotel aggregators, flight search engines, booking platforms, restaurants, shops, maps, or other external providers.
Scapparee does not control or guarantee the availability, price, quality, legality, safety, commercial conditions, cancellation policies or effective provision of services offered by third parties.
Any reservation, purchase, claim, modification, cancellation, refund or contractual incident must be handled directly with the corresponding external provider.
- Affiliate links and business relationships
Some links displayed on Scapparee may be affiliate links or part of commercial agreements with third parties. In such cases, Scapparee may receive compensation if the user makes a booking, purchase, or contract through those links.
The possible compensation does not make Scapparee the provider of the reserved service nor does it modify the responsibility of the final provider towards the user.
- Downloading and saving itineraries
Users can save their itineraries to their account and, depending on the plan purchased, download them in PDF or other available formats.
Scapparee may retain itineraries while the account remains active or for the periods necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve incidents, prevent abuse, or maintain the security of the platform.
Canceling an account or subscription may affect access to saved itineraries, premium features, or downloads.
- Acceptable use
The user agrees not to use Scapparee for:
- infringe laws or the rights of third parties;
- enter false, illegal, offensive or harmful data;
- automate abusive queries or circumvent the limits of the contracted plan;
- attempting to access third-party systems, data, or accounts;
- commercially exploit the platform without authorization;
- use the results for dangerous, illegal, or deceptive activities.
- Incorrect data, links, or content
If a user, establishment, rights holder or third party believes that an itinerary contains seriously erroneous information, inadequate data, incorrect links or references that may legitimately affect their rights, they can notify Scapparee by email.
The notification must include the applicant’s identification and contact details, the URL or a copy of the affected fragment, a clear explanation of the problem, and supporting documentation when acting on behalf of a business, brand, or third party.
Scapparee will review the request and, where appropriate, may correct, remove, block, or limit the future appearance of the affected reference. This procedure does not replace claims that must be directed to external providers.
- Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scapparee will not be liable for travel decisions made by the user based solely on information generated by AI or provided by third parties.
Scapparee will not be liable for losses, damages, costs, cancellations, accidents, booking errors, price changes, unavailability, transport problems, conflicts with external suppliers or any consequences arising from services that Scapparee does not provide directly.
- Service availability
Scapparee will attempt to keep the platform available and operational, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, absence of errors, or permanent availability of all features, APIs, third-party providers, or AI models.
- Intellectual property
The platform, design, software, texts, trademarks, logos, structure, proprietary databases and original elements of Scapparee belong to SCAPPAREE LLC or its licensors.
The user retains rights to the information they enter, but grants Scapparee a limited license to process it technically in order to generate, save, display and export itineraries.
- Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms will be governed by the laws of the United States of America, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of the United States of America, unless a valid alternative dispute resolution mechanism or arbitration is established.
